Safe, Efficient and Timely Delivery of your orders is a priority for us, at SPECIAL OPS

  • We utilize and are associated with reputed logistics partners to help with quicker deliveries (India Post / Speed Post, Maruti Courier, Trackon ,Delhivery, Amazon, Ekart, etc).
  • All orders once received are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri (11 am - 3 pm).
  • We recommend you also double check your address details and contact details(phone number) while placing the order for a smooth and fast process of delivery.
  • We are located centrally in Kanpur Uttar Pradesh , India. Shipping timeline from date of dispatch ranges from 3 -7 days. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season, travel restrictions, Other external factors or natural calamities which may also cause a delay. 
  • In most cases, upon receiving the product you will be asked for verification through OTP. 
  • In case the wrong address is filled by the customer, Special Ops will not be able to take responsibility for the delivery of order in a timely manner. 

Please Note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Does SPECIAL OPS ship internationally?

  • We ship worldwide.

  • For accurate shipping charges we request customers to send us delivery addresses and order details before placing the order on the website so charges can be applied as per requirement of the customer. 

What are the delivery charges?

  • A 99/- INR charge for delivery per order may be applied for Speed Post Shipping  and 60/- INR Charges for Standard Shipping which takes around 6-8 Day. 
  • However, upon ordering in COD, we take advance payment of 150/- extra delivery charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • You will receive E-mail on successful dispatch. Fulfilment happens in 1 to 2 working days.  However the products that are not in stock takes 1-2 weeks as they are made on Order.
  • Delivery timeline after successful dispatch is 5 to 7 working days, you can also request for expedited delivery on customer notes on the day of order placement via customer notes or email us at specialopsindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 6388172203
